Returning from vacation to reality just really is overwhelming. I believe Miss Stella demonstrates this quite well. Between catching up on chores, starting training (and practicing), facing the fact that I am returning to a full work schedule (summer was just TOO short), and trying to keep up with daily hour-long hot yoga sessions, days seem to fly by without my even knowing it! I look and it is early Monday morning one week, and the next thing I know it is the end of the week and I have not even gotten to the computer! Arrggh. I think I may take Miss Stella’s approach…find a soft spot and chill.
